Bryce works between operations and growth at Koto. Koto, or The Creative Company, is a global creative agency that designs brands and builds products for the world’s most important briefs.

He works primarily with technology and venture capital. His clients include Amazon, Lyft, Tripadvisor, Primary Venture Partners, Stripes, N47 Capital and NextLadder Ventures.

He began his career as a self-taught designer while studying business in Madrid, Spain. During that time, he learned his craft under longtime friend Diego Segura, founder of Family Office, a studio that designs brand identities and builds products. It’s best known for its work with the iconic hosiery brand L’eggs and the Docusign competitor, Terms.

Shortly after, Bryce entered the agency world at Ogilvy.
There, he was mentored by head of design Jens Marklund and completed design work for Samsung, the New York Philharmonic, H&R Block and NewFest.

After graduation, he interned at Porto Rocha. The small yet prestigious studio has become one of the most popular names in branding for technology and culture, with clients ranging from Twitch, Robinhood and Cursor to Kunsthalle Basel and MASP. There, he helped produce the case study for Shop and helped design the monogram for Melissa.

His next stop, Koto, would be his last as a designer. During his third and final internship, he and the agency agreed to move him out of design and into a generalist role that draws on his design literacy, business background and relationship skills.
